Menderes Valley

Here you can visit Lake Camici, a camping site hidden by pines, olives and oleanders. From here campers can go sightseeing to the remains of the old city of Heraklia. Further are the ruins of Alinda on the slopes of the Besparmak Mountains facing the lake. This is a fertile place once home to many civilizations whose remains still retain their grandeur

Aydin also has springs and spas well known for their curative powers. The Aydin spa is the best known.
