Gurcuoluk Caves

Located in Amasra district, these caves transport you to a colorful and stunning world of stalagmites and stalactites. It is made up of 15 to 20 chambers and has a triangular shaped entrance. The chambers are at two levels and all have a variety of astonishing stalagmite and stalactite formations.

The caves are cold and have high carbon dioxide content, which could cause breathing problems. But this very feature can also be a cure for asthma.
