Hierapolis was once a center of vigorous trading in dyed fabrics, wool and metal craft. Though none of that exists, you can pick up souvenirs like articles of gold, leather and hand made ceramics. Prices are cheap and shops remain open for a fairly long time so you will enjoy picking up little knick-knacks.
